A Simple Thanks

I’m not usually keen on non-eve stuff on ma blog, but I had to do this one.  Yesterday was Veteran’s Day, and since I’m in the Air Force, I had the day off…I spent it playing Dragon Age: Origins…so didn’t see a lot of posts from the Blogging Community until today before I head to work.

I’d just like to say thank you to all you guys that made blog posts thanking all of us who serve, have served, or have paid the ultimate sacrifice to ensure freedom is maintained.

    Thanks for serving the American people. Although I have very much disagreed with the unnecessary wars we’ve gotten ourselves into last few decades – I will never disagree with the fact that we need dedicated Americans serving our military and that military must without question obey the orders of the American elected President.

    Didn’t know you were in the Air Force man. While I tend to agree with Dante’s sentiments, I’ve got my cousin in Iraq right now and my girlfriend’s brother in Afghanistan. So I can attest that regardless of the necessity of war, the soldiers doing the fighting can always take any support or well-wishes sent their way. Cheers Cyb, and thanks for serving.
